Welcome! I am a Brazilian macroecologist studying the ecological and evolutionary processes that generate biodiversity across space and time. My research integrates macroecology, macroevolution, biogeography, and comparative methods to understand why species are distributed the way they are and how biodiversity evolves.

My work focuses on the drivers of diversification, large-scale species richness patterns, climatic niche evolution, and the evolution of functional traits across vertebrates. By combining phylogenetic, ecological, and spatial approaches, I aim to uncover the mechanisms shaping biodiversity from regional to global scales.
